Dosage & Administration: Diroheart – L tablets is to be administered orally at monthly intervals at the dose rate of 6 mcg of ivermectin per kg (2.72 mcg/lb) and 5 mg of pyrantel (as pamoate salt) per kg (2.27mcg/lb) body weight or 1 tablet for 23 – 45 kg of body weight.
